Hebrews 11:1 says:
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."
Today, God showed me some “unseens” that I’ve been hoping for.
The PET scan that I had last Thursday reveals that of the three lymph nodes that I had that were cancerous, all three are today:
The primary solid mass tumor in my right lung that originally measured 3.2 by 5.7 centimeters is today referred to as a “minimal hazy opacity”.
Virtually unseen.
The metabolic “glow” that cancer tumors emit, has reduced from a level of 16.5 to 1.6 today. 1 is considered normal.
Unsure of what this all meant, the nurse at the Cancer Center told me to get on my dancin’ shoes..
So if you want to.,.please join me in a “Thank you Jesus happy dance” right where you are!
Can I just say....
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21
Faith is not power. God Almighty is THE Powerful One.
Faith simply allows weak pilgrims who are passing through this imperfect world in imperfect bodies, easier passage, as we stretch our feeble hands up to His. As He firmly grasps hold, we are lifted above what we can see and inspired to trust in Him and all that He has promised.

God’s ways are not our ways.
He has different paths and promises for all HIs children
But He has promised all of those who are HIs own, that He would never leave. That He would love each unfailingly and complete the work He began in every one of us, until the day we meet HIm face to face. On the days we think are good and the days we days we think are bad, He is always good. You can trust in that.
Faith is not belief without proof, but trust without reservations. --Elton Trueblood
There are so many of you that have encouraged my faith during this time. You have dared to boldly ask God to heal me and you have assured me time and again of His unfailing perfect love that casts out fear. Thank you for leading the way in shining the light of faith that brightens the path to the Radiant One.
He is altogether LOVE-LY!
An unseen Hand now guides my days
His touch is never far away .
Though trials may mock and tempt to fear .
This unseen Hand is always near
I’ve felt His touch and known His care
His love protects me everywhere.
Trust not my soul in what you see
But in pierced hands, who set you free.
Enjoy....How much ” HE loves us!”-( David Crowder)

  1. I knew in my heart that our Lord would bring you through this. :)

I am so happy for you and your beautiful family! What a Blessing and Inspiration you have all been.

    Thank you God.

  2. We do serve an AWESOME God of power, do we not? So happy to hear such astounding news of VICTORY IN JESUS, OUR SAVIOR FOREVER! Dancing with you before the Lord Almighty! Psalm 98:1, "Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! For He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have gained Him the victory." Amen! Love you, Lisa! Cathy T.

  3. Praising Him!!

    I'm reminded of this song....

Sing a song of celebration, lift up a shout of praise
For the Bridegroom will come, the glorious One
And oh, we will look on His face
We'll go, to a much better place

Dance with all your might, lift up your hands and clap for joy
The time's drawing near, when He will appear
And oh, we'll stand by His side
    A strong, pure, spotless bride

We will dance on the streets that are golden
The glorious bride and the great Son of Man
From every tongue and tribe and nation
Will join, in the song of the Lamb

Sing aloud for the time of rejoicing is near
The risen king, our groom, is soon to appear
The wedding feast to come is now near at hand
Lift up your voice proclaim the coming Lamb

We will dance on the streets that are golden (4X)
Glory and honor, glory and honor, glory and honor forever

  4. Can I just say I am not surprised one little bit! I am praising our Lord with you and your family Lisa! Praise you Jesus! Our Savior, He can move the mountains!!!
    Love and Blessings,

  5. Excellent news sister. I've been thinking much about the "exceedingly, abundantly" way God works in our lives; how important it is to get out of the way and "let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.' (James 1:4) This news you bring is sure evidence of the manifold wisdom of God and the absolute power of God to restore and heal for His glory. Keep fighting the good fight. ---- Cherrie

  6. What can I say but Praise The Lord. He continually shows his "EXCEEDING ABUNDANTLY ABOVE ALL THAT WE ASK AND THINK" unfailing love to us who deserve nothing. I'm not surprised, He did exactly what I expected He would do in your life, and you and your family will never be the same or take a GOOD day for granted. I have my dancing shoes on, mine have had a lot of practice with "happy dancing" in the last 6 years of my life. :). Love, JoAnn
